Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, find a price and get in touch with us. Here's what we've done, what we know isn't right yet, and how to reach us another way.

What we've done

  • The site works on phones, tablets and computers, and you can zoom in without the page breaking.
  • You can move through every page with a keyboard, and there's a "skip to content" link at the top.
  • Pictures have text descriptions for screen readers.
  • Our customer video reviews have captions.
  • Text and buttons are set to be easy to read against their backgrounds.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What isn't right yet

  • Our quote form, call-back form and live chat come from our own business system and load in separately. We're still checking them with screen readers.
  • Some older blog posts and videos were carried over from our previous website, and may have pictures without full descriptions.
  • Kitchen Wrapper Weekly videos play from YouTube, so their captions depend on YouTube.

Get in touch another way

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you'd rather not use the forms, we'll help another way:

  • Call 0141 459 1629, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
  • Email hi@kitchenwrapper.com.
  • Visit our showroom at Unit E1, Somervell Trading Estate, Somervell Street, Cambuslang, Glasgow G72 7EB.

Tell us which page and what went wrong, and we'll fix it if we can.
